I know there has to be a way to connect to the internet at high speeds without an ISP. How do I do this; or, how does AT&T and Comcast do this.

Can a mobile phone connect to the internet with no Wi-Fi or Ethernet? As long as there's a decent signal, the mobile phone should still be able to connect to the internet through either the 3G or (4G) LTE networks.
