You should not be using the LoadLibrary() function in this way, but including the library in your project. Just add the library name (libeay32.lib) to the correct entry in your project's Linker properties.Also make sure the associated DLL is either in the same directory as your EXE file or in one of the directories in your system's PATH variable.

The link line includes the correct location for the library, as we From what I read I still need to include the libeay32.lib and ssleay32.lib, but I didn't find them anywhere in my openssl instalation directory. I followed this links for help: How to use OpenSSL with Visual Studio. How to include openssl in Visual Studio Expres 2012 Windows 7 x64. Aparently my only issue now is that I am missing this files. I just needed to rename "libeay32.lib" to "libeay.lib" and "ssleay32.lib" to "ssleay.lib" After that i can start UE4Editor. Maybe te same problem is in the Epic Games launcher.
